I live in the south of NSW on the coast at Bawley Point. I just bought some paw paw trees from Daleys and wonder if anyone can give me advise on how to protect it over the winter period. Thank you.

Your best chance is with microclimate, you need a spot which receives sun all day, especially in winter and does not get any wind as wind removes heat very fast. North facing with wind barriers to the west and south, shade cloth tied to posts driven into the ground can protect from wind.

Good luck.
