Peach Tree Grafting

Hi. I have a peach tree which is probably 80 years old that I would like to graft its branches onto root stock - is this something that you can do? If so how do I go about this?

Waterfall says...
The first grafts I ever did were on a peach tree, I used a cleft graft and 2 of the 3 grafts were successful.
