Peach trees

Doesn't seem to be many stone fruit growers here. But I'm trying to get 1st hand experience good or bad with the following peach varieties :
Loring
Cresthaven
Red noonan
Fragar
Late Red Italian Cling
Fairtime
Lena Kirsten
Bendigo Beauty
Anzac
Tasty Zee

Unfortunately, all the nursery catalogues always offer such glowing reviews which in reality cannot all be true.

The only one on the list I have grown is Fragar. I had high hopes, but was rather disappointed in the flavour.

But as I am in WA, in the hills, my experience may be different to yours. Also, it was grown in a bag, not in the ground, which may have made a difference.

Hi Chris, maybe a little bit late for you but just came across your post. Loring is a beautiful yellow peach, Red Noonan I have growing is a nice white peach, Frager I have is a nice white peach but a clingstone, Bendigo Beauty is also good, Wiggins (W), Briggs Red May (W)Orion (W)(very early)are all good eaters and juicy, they are old varities that a not up to being carted around like the stuff they sell in shops these days

Many thanks Bern.
Loring is hard to source, but all the reports I read suggest it is a great old peach, but higher chill then I think possible here.
