Can anyone tell why I have such a poor fruit set this year on all my stone fruit? they were pruned in winter and feed in spring. Last year I had loads of fruit of the same trees.
Thanks

We've not had much rain in Sydney - have you watered them adequately? Do they rely on pollinating insects, bees etc? Any of them about? I've noticed better fruit set with all my fruit trees this year because I gave them extra water and tried to attract more bees (they disappeared for a while but coming back in small numbers)

Did you prune off last year"s growth and thereby removed the fruiting wood?
