The Black Sapote

As far as I know, grafted trees all have similar growing characteristics, a black sapote expert will have more detail. I think it's more to do with taste, size, bearing times etc.
If unsure, I'd start with a seedling grown plant and watch it's growing performance over the first couple of years.
