I have these fruit trees on my land and I am unsure on what they are.

Come on folx- that's a pear and a Prunus persica (either nectarine or peach, too early to tell, but a nectarine is only a smooth-skinned peach anyway.)

Was everyone else a bit nervous about answering because the answers were so obvious? I was.

And no, I don't know what variety of pear (not a nashi) though if I had been asked fifteen years ago I might have made a guess of some sort.
