Tommoz says... Hi Mike. No, just one tree is fine. If you are growing the tree in Talgarno, cold temperatures are going to make things very difficult. Are you growing it in a greenhouse or a north facing wall? Putting some rocks or other heat absorbing material around it will help to keep the tree warm.
