Fruitylicious1 says... Dillenia Philippinensis (Katmon) is a rare fruit and flowering tree specimen endemic to the southern part of the Philippines (Quezon and Aurora Province) listed as endangered because of illegal logging. Its very hard to obtain plant material of this particular species outside of the Philippines though it has been observed by a blogger in Singapore. The only way you can get seeds is by asking someone in the Philippines to source the seeds for you and ship it here in Australia. But then, do your research first about OZ quarantine restrictions before importing the seeds. Even e-bay doesn't seem to have them. This particular tree is very useful because of its medicinal, ornamental and for its edible fruits. Goodluck with your search endeavor.
