Dwarf Fruit Trees initial Pot Size

Currently have 5 Citrus & 2 Apple Dwarf Grafted Fruit Trees. Also ordered a number of Bare Rooted Stone Fruit. I am looking to Espalier all the trees, which will be planted in Pots. Whilst it recommends to replant every two years is it acceptable to plant out in a much larger pot, say 110 litre given I will be Espaliering them. This will avoid the need to having to undo the branches from the frame work.
If not what shoyld the size of the 1st pot be as its possible I could sit the smaller pot on a suitable besser block inside the larger one, be level with the top & after 2 years just drop the old pot off the rootball & stick in a larger pot without removing the Espalied branches. What size should the 2nd pot size be.
