Bebi2020 starts with ... I live in Florida. I have a sour sap tree appx 8 yrs now. Never had any fruits. It was in a large pot for 5 years and have planted it for 3 years now.. the bud comes out but never bear any fruits. It has some white bugs on it but I cannot get rid of it.. pls help
