Panama passionfruit problems

How should I treat the vine for the white spots that have appeared and what is it?
A couple of fruit appeared to be diseased - photo attached (not the shriveled ones) - is it a fungus and related to white spots?
Why has some fruit shriveled on vine? I read in forum lack of water.
This is first time have grown passionfruit and problems have all just recently arisen.would appreciate any advice.
