au0rey says... dwarf fruit trees can do well in pots. My pixzee peach fruited very well this year in its pot. Two brown turkey Fig trees are doing well and fruiting in their pots too. One comquat and one lemon tree doing well in their pots too. All in pots as I dont have land for them and yet greedy to grow them. But being confined in pots control the tree size too, makes it easy for protection such as nets. If in pots, you have to really take care of their nutrition and their fruit yield wont be as many as when in ground. Given a choice, a good fertilie ground is always better.
