Sick mango tree

al_the_mighty starts with ...
I got this Nam Doc Mai mango tree two weeks ago and plated it in a pot. The leaves are turning brown and it looks like the tree is dieing. Can anyone identify what the problem is fro the photo and how to save our poor mango tree.
