Fruitylicious1 says... Hi Susan Apply a slow release fertilizer for acid loving plants (azalea, Camellia etc) or composted cow manure every 3 months. For plants more than 6 months old add to the potting mix 1/2 teaspoon of sulphate of potash fert every month and 1/2 a teaspoon of super phosphate every six months. Continue applying seasol every month as well. Avoid watering the foliage to avoid fungal disease. Mulch with composted pine bark, pine needles to maintain acidity of the soil. Personally I'm using peat moss as a mulch and potting mix additive with excellent result. Happy gardening :-) | About the Author Fruitylicious1 TAMWORTH,2340,NSW 2nd March 2018 9:28pm #UserID: 16885 Posts: 709 View All Fruitylicious1's Edible Fruit Trees |
