Yellow leaves on young avocado

Planted out this Pinkerton in December. It was going great but now all the new growth is very yellow and not growing. Ideas?

Try some gypsum - couple handfulls around base and some ecoseaweed initially - and some slow release citrus fert - takes 3 months to see changes with Avos.
