Comments: - rainforest plant for my garden. also known as river cherry (syzygium tierneyanum) it is a fast growing evergreen bushy tree. has pinkish-red or white fruit which are edible though to sour to eat raw. The flowers attract buttterflies and honeyeaters. prefers mosit soil. can be pruned and used as a screen or wind break. forst hardy once established.
