Desiccated coconut is ideal for use as fillers, toppings and as ingredients, especially in the baking of biscuits, snack bars, cakes, cookies,etc.

Specification:

1. Desiccated coconut high fat

- Ingredient: 100% pure coconut meat

- Moisture: 3 - 5% max

- Fat content: 60 - 62%

- Free from bacteria: Salmonella, E.Coli

- Grade: Fine grade and medium grade

- Packing: 25kgs or 50kgs per bag. Bag with 3 lines: PE, Kraft paper and PP covering, or as customer's request.

- Quantity: 26MT/40HC

2. Desiccated coconut low fat

- Ingredient: 100% pure coconut meat

- Moisture: 3 - 5% max

- Fat content: 25 - 35%

- Free from bacteria: Salmonella, E.Coli

- Grade: Fine grade

- Packing: 25kgs or 50kgs per bag. Bag with 2 lines: PE and PP covering, or as customer's request.
