Comments: - My little townhouse Peramculture garden is bursting with edible plants. One of my favourites is the tamarillo: I have three in the garden (doing very well, despite a severe frost a couple of months ago) and one in a pot (not doing so well). These very pretty trees tend to put on most of their leaves at one level, and so have a lovely shape, a gentle curve at the top of the canopy and red pendulous fruits hanging below it. They are pretty easy to grow, even though my place is a bit challenged with respect to sunlight, and always attract comments from visitors.
