Fertiliser or Organics Used: used Hydroponic solution

Pest Control:

Fungicides used Saprol, mangazeb and Coprox

Question:

All the tips of the leaves have gone brown and the plant looks poorly.  Could this be the result of the coprox fungicide burning tender leaves or is it over watering.  There are a few plants in pot that have similar problems.
