About My Edible Backyard
Why Megan1 Love's Edible PlantsHi, I've been taking a keen interest in my garden for about five or six years. I've basically taken over my front yard and footpath, leaving my backyard as a play area. My soil was very heavy, but over the years I've lightened it up a bit. As my garden has got more established my battle with fruit fly has increased - but I suppose that is to be expected. My biggest challenge is how to keep everything going when I only have about two hours a week to spend in the garden. Although that will improve in a couple of years and I'm looking forward to being able to spend as much time as I like pottering around.
