It has beautiful tasting seedless fruit. The tree is over 30 years old, growing  beside a farmhouse verandah. It was grown from a seed by my Grandmother. It never has any serious pest problems and is in a spot that has natural damp area.

Never any serious pests, the tree looks after itself.

Question:

Is it possible to take a cuuting and grow another from this and would it be true to type?
