The satisfaction of growing food yourself and the fantastic taste of real food.   The benefits to the planet from organic gardening and the reduction in transportation of products.     Getting the children motivated and excited about helping the planet and also themselves.    They must be benefiting from reducing the amount of additives in their diet.
