Why Kathleen1 Love's Edible Plants

Edible plants add something practical, healthy and as beautiful as flowers to your garden. Homegrown produce tastes so much better and allows you to easily choose to eat food grown without artificial chemicals, pesticides and additives. Watching food grow is truly a miracle and serving it to family and friends gives a wonderful sense of achievement.

This is a tea plant ... that's right, you can make your own tea (green or black) with the leaves. I'm growing the pink flowered variety (there is also white) as a hedge in my front garden. It's for cool climates only (hey, those of you in warm climates get to grow coffee!).
