Atherton raspberry - Hi Amanda- fruit is less flavoursome than the European varieties; sweet when allowed to ripen and really 'puff up' and more tart if you pick when small and firm. Our children enjoy then off the bush and on cereal.cheers Karen..4790 days 5hrs
Atherton raspberry - Our 5 year old Atherton Raspberry plant produced a bowl of good sized fruit daily last Winter and Spring but now it's just very leafy. Is this (Summer) a good time to cut the canes back to just above the ground? It gets get out if we dont prune it....tha..4790 days 9hrs

Native Rosella (Seedling) 10/10

KMP's Edible Fruits
Update: 4790 days 5hrs

we plant 6 plants each year. Yield is good. We make jam from the calix  after flowering. The flowers are very attractive. Since we learned the trick of using an apple corer to remove the calix from the seed , jam making is much faster!

Our Southern Red papaya is bisexual- handy in a small garden. After fruiting we cut back the tallest stem and let it branch out- this way we can still reach the fruit next year without a ladder!
