About My Edible Backyard

I live on a battleaxe block with very little room so my challenge is to grow as many edibles as possible and still be able to access my front door! The solution is wine barrels.

It's growing in quite a small pot but still gives me a lot of flowers (used to pollinate my other Apple). I'm going to attempt to make crab apple jam this year.

I will transfer this tree into a large winebarrel soon. Hopefully,it will be a prolific bearer like the white shahtoot. I've eaten it's berries and they taste like honeyed rasberries.

This is the only tree that has any room in which to grow. It has been a magnificent bearer and the long berries are absolutely delicious. I'm going to prune it a little bit this July to keep it compact and the berries accessible.
