About My Edible Backyard

Why Lucy's Curry Leaves Love's Edible Plants

My husband and I have over 100 Curry Leaf trees in production. (Murraya Konegii) We grow these on clay soil with little annual rainfall, and are  watered via drippers. They are similar to grow like citrus, and are a member of the citrus family. They are not often attacked by insects and all are grown in an organic way. We market the leaves  to southern States. They are used extensively in Indian cuisine and fresh leaves are in demand.

Leaves are sold in 1kg packs.
