 My orchard is located on a 1/4 acre block on the NSW Central Coast. Most of the fruit trees are planted on an east facing bank. The trees are protected from strong western sun by a row of casuarina trees. There are a number of trees in pots and half wine barrels.

Planted in half a wine barrel. Tried 2 in the ground, but both died. Shade cloth erected over the tree during summer. Growing well, but no fruit set yet.

Managed successful hand pollination this year. Only 3 fruit set. Picked 2 too early. Left one on tree till fell off. Excellent tasting.

Slowly growing. Excellent tasting fruit. Tree damaged when young by borer. Fruit damaged by hail last 2 years. Fruited for several years.
