I cant work out whats going on with my corn plants.During the cobs becoming mature, the stem near the top started going brown/black.The cobs seem to dry out before i thort that they were ready to pick.I read that when the tassel goes brown they are ready...but having a feel of them, they had a long way to go.I feed them "max feed" fertilizer fortnightly and water them evry second day or so.Can anyone tell me where i am going wrong please!!
