Pauline Staff of Daley's Nursery says... Hi Pete, in the Byron shire movement of Bananas is restricted and requires a certificate of movement from the DPI. I know this sounds difficult but its really very easy and it helps protect our banana farmers from the incursions of disease. It also applies to Tweed, Lismore and Ballina Shires.
