Seeking: Variegated Monstera

I am seeking the very hard to find variegated monstera deliciosa. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate one, either a cutting, seedling, or semi-mature plant?

I have only found two sellers online; one is selling for an extraordinary $750!! and the other seller is based in Thailand.

Your help would be much apprecited :) (I am located in Canberra).
