I am a home gardener in Melbourne. I attempt to use organic methods and love finding fresh foods in the garden as well as creating beautiful and healthy spaces for wildlife. My latest vistor looks like a blue-tongue lizard. Have a small greenhouse in the backyard and this year, through Daley's mail order have started experimenting with growing tropical fruit. As I have a persimmon doing quite well in the backyard I thought it might be nice to try a chocolate variety, black sapote, and see how they do in my greenhouse. It reminds me of trips to the Daintree. Suggestions on feeding and successful growing are most welcome! Sandy

Portuguese cultivator - Hello José,
I am a home gardener in Melbourne, Australia. We have a mediterranean climate here with very hot dry summers and cool winters wetter and no snow. I am growing finger limes in a small pot, full sun in the greenhouse. It is now covered in smal.. 1894 days 18hrs
