Why Lauren Love's Edible Plants

 I am an avid home cook and am always keen to work with new and hard-to-find ingredients, with a special interest in various regional cuisines from Asia. And of course, in addition to having a greater variety of fresh ingredients to work with, nothing tastes better than food picked fresh from the garden. :)

Comments: - I love cooking with yuzu, there is nothing that can replace the beautiful floral aroma from the rind when used in Japanese cooking. I am patiently waiting for my plant to grow big enough to bear fruit, but it is doing well and healthy since I received it a few months ago.
