Pistachio1 - hi have problem with pistachio nuts not forming nuts in shell,i have 2 male trees and 2 female trees,they are growing close together,do i need extra fertiliser and water and what type of fertiliser do need to get the nuts to form in shells,i had heaps of ..4153 days 1hrs
Pistachio nuts - I have 2 female pistachio nuts and 2 male pistachio nut trees. there was 10 kg of nuts but only half got nuts in them,i notice the ones you buy in shops are all split with the nut coming through opening the shell.Mine dont do this and not really fill out..4170 days 4hrs

Question:

why cant my macadamia trees have flowers on them,i have hay round them they are in 44 gallon drums,they have dripped iragation on them,each week in summer i water them,they are fertilisered with seasol and dynamic lifter pellets in spring,the trees are healthy green,and have only grow  1 foot in 5 years,can you help me get them to grow and bear flowers,i am in the stawell area in victoria,is there a way to ge them to bear flowers and fruit,and they have been in ground 5 years,shouldnt they be producing by now, thanks for your time
