John Mc starts with ... ohhh Phil, I'd love to get some, do you still have my addy? I struck several cuttings last year and are growing well. Do cutting grown black sapotes have wind stability problems like other cutting grown trees because they are from cuttings V's grafting onto seedlings, which grow a larger main taproot? | About the Author John Mc 15th September 2010 4:47pm #UserID: 3496 Posts: 132 View All John Mc's Edible Fruit Trees |

Violet_Cactus says... I have a lot of very young Black Sapote seedlings to give away. They'll never thrive down here in Melbourne so anyone up north who wants them is welcome to them. At the moment I have them under lights on a heating pad - that's the only way they'll survive. When they get bigger I have nowhere to put them as I don;t have a greenhouse. | About the Author VioletCactus1 Melbourne 15th September 2010 7:41pm #UserID: 516 Posts: 349 View All VioletCactus1's Edible Fruit Trees |
