I inherited 2 huge avocado trees with large leaves do not know the variety but no fruit what should I do?

Hi, I think the first step is to work out if they flower or not, have you ever seen them flower. If not, there may be methods to help flowering ie cincturing. If they flower but never set fruit, there may be a pollination problem. Also are there any fruiting Avocado trees in your area. Is it a good area for Avocados ??
