sternus1 says... Unfortunately you're not permitted to sell anything on this forum unless you're friends with Mary in RL. If you aren't, she will routinely delete your posts owing to the fact that she doesn't stand to benefit from the sale of whatever species you're retailing and will do this irrespective of the level of philanthropy you've demonstrated in dispersing plants gratis. | About the Author sternus1 Australia 7th January 2015 11:04pm #UserID: 8314 Posts: 1318 View All sternus1's Edible Fruit Trees |

JohnMc1 says... In my humble opinion, it should be OK as long as you are not in direct competition with anything in the Daley's catalogue. Daley's are providing an excellent free resource that should be supported, where possible. Me, personally, I'm not in it to make a dollar, happy to give away any excess material I have for free, never charged anyone for anything, including postage, but that's just me. | About the Author JohnMc1 Warnervale NSW 8th January 2015 7:13am #UserID: 2743 Posts: 2043 View All JohnMc1's Edible Fruit Trees |
Al says... There are also local gardening clubs and community gardens that are great to take excess seedlings to for swapping. What I've seen on these forums is that many people are on the lookout for unusual stuff that Daley's don't stock. It is an excellent resource, and IMO should be respected as an offshoot of a commercial enterprise. I really enjoy the community aspect of being able to contact others that want to share and swap their excess plants. It inspires me that not everyone, everywhere, is out to make a buck. | About the Author Al South Golden Beach 8th January 2015 12:29pm #UserID: 1301 Posts: 51 View All Al's Edible Fruit Trees |
