Tropical fruit trees successfuly grown in sydneywollongongnewcastle3 - Just an update - right now there are more than 10 jackfruits on the tree. We will probably lose some over winter, but some will survive. Here is a photo of one taken last year which ripened OK...Liked Answer 643 days 13hrs

Was a 30cm pup in January 2022. Planted in Turbo dirt (30% perlite-zeolite/30% peat/30% compost (worm castings, bone meal, blood meal, potash, soy meal, alfalfa meal, coconut meal, neem meal, kelp meal, malted barley, crustacean blend, dolomite, gypsum, volcanic rock dust, palagonite, azomite, beneficial bacteria + mycorrhizae & humic acid)

Thanks mate for the offer, but it is not urgent and I will try to source some other varieties white sapote scions to graft onto my seedling tree project sometime in the near future. Same, we are based in the same state NSW and so if you are after a particular scion(s) I may have spare, let me know and I can try to assist

Seems to be a wooly-leaf sapote. The underside of the leaves are furry, unlike my Kampong.

Was flowering in December which I never experienced with my Kary I had. Had a small issue with scale but cleared that up. Growing fine

Sorry for the late response, it's 90cm tall now, I just grafted a smaller one I had onto an imbe, hopefully that takes.
