Bump :)
Not to hijack the thread, but I'm also interested in buying Dragonfruit cuttings (any variety) - I live in Albury.

How long does dragonfruit grown from seed take from sprouting to fruit?

G'day Mike (or anyone else in Qld), just wondering if you have Yellow Dragon fruit growing up there? Wayne rang me yesterday and wanted to know if I had any, but I don't.

I know Daleys do sell them, but thought you might have some?

Brendan I have 2 sprouting cuttings of yellows. If Wayne is busting to get one I could cut the top off one.I probably should send you a few seeds and anything you are particularly after before I get too 'parcel weary'.

Thanks Mike, yeah I bet you're getting parcel weary!
He might read this, but a cutting or two later on will be fine, no hurry! Thx.

I seem to have acquired a few interesting plants and seeds lately including several dragonfruit types. My friend will try to bring in the best seedless chinese lychee soon.Off topic I know but I bought a whopping 3kg hawaiin gold pineapple from rusty's yesterday with 12 small tops instead of a single top.It cost $3 so it better taste good.
All the garlic and toms are doing well.

Off topic again.
Good to hear about you garlic Mike, did you keep the Glen Large seperate from mine? Doesn't matter, you'll pick the difference easy!

That pineapple sounds good, is it a smooth-leaf variety? 12 pups! Wow :-)

Yeah Brendan it is smooth leafed and the shape is more like the mongrel old cayenne than a Mareeba Gold. The rough leafed types like giant queen don't seem to be around at this time of year. The garlic are mixed up and only one xmas lima came up.I think it rained too much for some seeds after they were planted.
