Out of the way crop. Well worded! They are certainly invasive and permanent once planted. They also look like they died before you havest them, just like some bulbs do when they're spent. But Sunchokes are are an excellent Anti-Aging vegetable. Go to my hobby-site for gardening if you'd like to find out more. http://janetsgardentips.com/beets-j-artichoke

Very vigorous white fleshed variety. Not much taste. Makes a better treecover in a chook or duckpen where the fowl enjoy them.
