NQ grower starts with ... HI I was wondering if anyone can help me work out if I should buy the following plants given i am located in Townsville. I am not sure if they will fruit. Based on chill hours it's touch and go for some so I am wondering if anyone has had any success in this region? Mulberry Angel peach (low chill) Peachcott Peacan (also can this be grown successfully in a pot?) Lucy says... Hi NQ grower, I have seen some black mulberry trees with fruits along Ross river bank from Bowen Bridge to Nathan Bridge. My neighbor bought a pecan tree for $10 from Fairfield Bunnings where they had some unsold stocks 4 months ago.
