Fruiting may occur year round in warm climates. The zesty flavoured pearls of this finger lime are best used in desserts, salads, cocktails or with yogurt. The fruit has a long shelf life lasting many weeks in the fridge. The bushes will grow to be a dense screen so may be used in urban areas for privacy.
