lychee tree

We have a Lychee tree in our front yard. We are not sure how old it is. I was wondering how much this tree would be worth if we sold it. We are going to have to tear it up because of a sewage problem we are having. Not sure if this type of tree would even live if it was replanted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I included a picture.

Hi Diane,
Reguarding removing, transplanting Lychee trees, they really do not like having their roots disturbed. So as far as a resale option, sorry, that is unlikely.
As far as ageing the tree they do grow slowly but it is difficult to say and having no size reference(ie a person), in the photo makes it harder.
Good luck
