For Correy,
After looking around gerdening centres for edging supplies i tried something of my own design. I went to the "PRODUCE Type SUPPLIERS" and looked at Wire Netting used for fencing. I settled on the smallest mesh available and bought one full roll 100 Feet Long by 6 Feet deep. Price here $102.00 and did enough for 35 Trees. I unrolled it from one fence to the other in my yard (Half Acre Block) and cut long ways through the roll with Tin Snips and found the right depth for me was to cut flush to the sixth mesh thus this would leave me 4 mesh above ground and 1 mesh of "spikes" to push in to soft earth. After i had my reduced rolls i would lay i soft rope around base of tree mulch etc and lay on to wire mesh and then cut side ways and cut "flush" so as the "spikes" would be used to connect circle of wire. Wear gloves etc and you will still end up with plenty of "nicks" like i did. Please see Photos and answer with comments good or bad wont bother me !!

Hi Bazza this was a great tutorial. $102 for 35 trees is cheap as well and from the pictures it is a great way to keep your yard clean and presentable.
