My first Olives growing well. Tree is only 12 months in the ground. When do you pick them?

you are lucky if you have fruits on your tree so young,
fruits can be picked green or black when they are ripe.
depend what you want to do with them.
my tree is over 7year old and still no fruits/olives, must have got a bad tree
anyway all the best, hope this helps.
