Olive Tree drops leaves / no fruit or even flowers (forum)

Hi
I planted my Olive trees (4 of them) around 4-5 years ago. When I bought them, they had olives on them (they were young trees, approximately 1500mm high). They are now 4 meters high, and last year I had my vey first olive (one only !). Admittedly, I don't do much to them - some fertiliser once/twice a year and that's about it. They also seem to loose loads of leaves. help !
