Sounds like lack of water, magnesium, iron or zinc deficiency so use a mixed trace element powder.

My Seville orange had the same problem a while ago. It was magnesium, and Epsom salts did the trick.
To be sure of what it needs, Google 'citrus nutrient deficiencies pictures'.Iron and zinc deficiencies have quite distinct markings on the leaves, not just yellowing.

Peter - Julie is correct because if u have alkaline soil then u need to watch for Zinc, Iron and Manganese chlorosis.
It's very important to pH test your soil to determine these things otherwise u r running 'blind'
If you don't have alkaline soil - then it may be a case of adding too much fertiliser (and then not enuf' water)and u have shocked it - or your tree needs a lot more water than u are giving it. Dig down 5cm and see if the soil is moist.
A great book (if u are up for it!?) is Kevin Handrecks "Gardening down under". He takes the 'science' out of soil science..!
Is it in a pot or the soil?

This is puzzling - are you sure? Copper deficiencies usually show up as dark green leaves, whereas you mention yellowing of leaves.
There is more than one website, the Google thing was just a suggestion. Maybe check again. If you DO need copper, you can buy copper sulphate or copper oxychloride in nurseries or hardware stores.
Let us know how you go.
