Highly ornamental evergreen approx. 3-5m high. Delicious teardrop shaped fruit in Winter months. Ideal from jams, liqueurs and crystallizing. Prefers full sun and rish soil. Excellent tub or garden specimen.
Dig hole slightly larger than root system. Remove container and place tree in hole making sure bud union is at least 1 Ocm above soil level. Fill with soil, leaving no airpockets, and build basin around tree to hold 10-12 Iitres of water.
Water immediately after planting, repeat next day, and then twice weekly for the first three weeks then at weekly intervals for the first growing season.
