Banana - Pisang Ceylon (Seedling)

Jane16's Edible Fruits
Update: 231 days 2hrs

Comments: - It receives ~4hours daily full sun and a few hours of low light. It has been very hot in Sydney (40C ) and it requires daily watering, it gets very droopy during the evenings. When it arrived, I repotted it in compost, blood and bone and rock dust. It has since grown 2 sets of leaves.Hopefully it will attach, I have the latest PDF of the biosecurity laws in NSW. Under the Biosecurity Act 2015, and from my correspondence with the DPI, "the moving of banana plants within NSW do not require any notification paperwork (record of movement form) or permit provided the plants have not been within the Banana Bunchy Top Virus Control Zone". ie I'm from Sydney, and the plants arrived from Geneva. No permit or notification was required.

Very vigorous growth. I've had to repot again into 35L pot. Topped up nutrients with organic cow manure and some Powerfeed solution.
