Large, round , thick skinned variety with a smooth, green skin. They have a mild to rich flavour and have a good storing ability once cut and placed in the fridge. They are also a great choice for using in salads as they tend not to go mushy as does a Hass when very ripe. H Aug - Dec

Mango - Chok Anan

A sweet, large size Mango, also called a Honey Mango. The fruits can have a coconut flavour to them. The trees are known to produce two crops, one in spring and then later in summer. Eat them either when green or fully ripe. The flesh is sweet and Chok Anan is one for the collector!

Lemon Drop Mangosteen

Very attractive slow growing tree, with dark green leathery leaves. Native to wet forests of Central America.Oval shaped fruits are produced in summer reaching up to 2cm. The white pulp has a pleasant subacid aromatic flavour, with a similar flavour to the Achacha.Very ornamental making an excellent display potted plant. While the tree may not produce fruit in colder regions, the leaves are quite cold hardy and can tolerate winter conditions. May require protection from frosts when young.
