This variety is biennial so fruits more heavily every second year. Jan 2018 we had >200 excellent fruit from our 14 year old tree, this year none. We are near the beach north of Coffs Harbour. Do not water after flowering as it causes bud drop.

This tree is about 5 years old it was bought from KMart for $10 as it looked sick, it gave two fruit the first year I planted it into the ground. I then transplanted it to the current location and it gives about 5 to 10Kg of fruit in season.

Just picked and ate our first mango ,we live near Blue Mountains & get heavy frosts. It was delicious! Has been in 1 year about 1 metre high.We made a timber structure with mesh we can pull around it in winter against heavy frosts.
